Addsynth terms

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 11, 2026. These terms are intended to protect Addsynth and govern all website use, quote requests, custom product orders, proofs, invoices, payments, shipments, and related communications.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting a quote, approving a proof, submitting artwork, paying an invoice, placing an order, accepting shipment, or otherwise doing business with Addsynth LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you act for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Custom Orders Are Final

Addsynth products are custom, made-to-order promotional, decorative, collectible, and adult desk or office items. All sales are final once an order is accepted, proof is approved, production begins, materials are purchased, or payment is processed, whichever occurs first. Cancellations, changes, credits, returns, refunds, and reprints are available only if Addsynth agrees in writing.

Quotes, Pricing, and Payment

Quotes are estimates unless a written invoice states otherwise. Addsynth may correct errors, update pricing, require deposits or full payment before production, pause work for nonpayment, and cancel or refuse any order for any lawful reason. Taxes, shipping, rush fees, artwork fees, payment processing fees, duties, and other costs may be billed separately.

Artwork, Logos, QR Codes, and Proofs

You are solely responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, brand guidelines, text, links, QR destinations, instructions, and legal permissions. You grant Addsynth a nonexclusive license to use submitted materials to quote, design, manufacture, market, document, and fulfill your order. Proofs are customer review tools only; approval means you accept all content, layout, spelling, colors, proportions, QR destinations, placement, and production decisions shown or reasonably implied.

  • Addsynth is not responsible for broken, changed, blocked, unsafe, or mistyped QR destinations.
  • Colors, finish, size, texture, print placement, surface detail, and final appearance may vary.
  • If you delay proof approval, files, answers, or payment, delivery dates may move without liability to Addsynth.

Production and Shipping

Any production, delivery, or shipping timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee. Addsynth is not liable for carrier delays, customs delays, weather, supply constraints, force majeure events, incorrect addresses, missed deadlines, lost opportunities, event dates, or customer-side delays. Risk of loss passes to the buyer when products are tendered to the carrier or otherwise made available for pickup or delivery.

Not Toys or Children's Products

Addsynth products are not toys and are not designed, labeled, marketed, sold, or certified as children's products. Products may include small parts and are intended for adult promotional, decorative, office, desk, collectible, or business use only. You agree not to market, distribute, display, or represent the products as toys, playthings, or child-use products, and you are solely responsible for all warnings, labels, distribution controls, and compliance obligations after delivery.

AI-Assisted and Handmade Variations

Designs, concepts, product imagery, renderings, mockups, descriptions, and related assets may be created, edited, or enhanced with generative AI, digital tools, manual finishing, or third-party services. Such materials are illustrative only and may not match final products exactly.

Customer Use and Compliance

You are solely responsible for how products are used, displayed, resold, distributed, promoted, packaged, labeled, and handled after delivery. You agree to comply with all laws, regulations, industry rules, event rules, intellectual property rights, advertising rules, safety rules, privacy rules, and customer or end-user obligations that apply to your use or distribution of the products.

Intellectual Property

Addsynth retains all rights in its website, product concepts, templates, workflows, layouts, designs, mockups, photographs, copy, processes, trade secrets, and other materials except for customer-owned logos or artwork supplied by you. No Addsynth intellectual property is transferred unless a separate written agreement signed by Addsynth says so.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website, quotes, designs, proofs, products, product examples, renderings, recommendations, ROI estimates, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Addsynth disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, performance results, sales results, scan rates, conversion rates, or suitability for any particular event, campaign, location, audience, or legal requirement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Addsynth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, lost opportunity, event failure, recall, replacement, reprint, removal, or reputational damages. Addsynth's total cumulative liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid Addsynth for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Addsynth LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, vendors, agents, successors, and assigns from any claim, loss, liability, damage, penalty, fee, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your artwork, logos, QR destinations, instructions, approvals, resale, distribution, product use, legal compliance, breach of these terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

Disputes, Governing Law, and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought individually, not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action, in the state or federal courts located in Georgia unless Addsynth chooses another lawful forum. You waive jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

Addsynth may update these terms at any time by posting revised terms on the website. Continued website use, quote requests, proof approvals, payments, or orders after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
