Introduction
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, transfer, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. We use your data to provide, improve, protect, and fulfill the Service. By using the Service, submitting a quote request, sending us information, approving a proof, or placing an order, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.
Information Collection and Use
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service, respond to customers, prepare custom product runs, and maintain our business records.
Business and Geographic Scope
Addsynth is a small United States-based business. We do not intentionally target customers in the European Union or United Kingdom, and the current website is designed for United States business inquiries. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information may still be processed in the United States as described below.
Types of Data Collected

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personal Data may include, but is not limited to:
- Name and company name
- Email address and phone number
- Product interest, quantity, deadline, and project details
- QR destination URL and related campaign information
- Logo files, artwork, brand materials, and proof feedback
- Shipping, billing, payment, invoice, and order information
- Messages, attachments, and other information you send to Addsynth
Usage Data
We may also collect information about how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). Usage Data may include information such as your computer's internet protocol address, browser type, browser version, pages visited, time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, referring pages, device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
Tracking and Cookies Data
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that may include an anonymous unique identifier. The current Addsynth website does not intentionally use advertising cookies, Google Analytics, or Firebase. However, hosting providers, form processors, browsers, and security tools may use cookies, logs, or similar technologies to operate, secure, deliver, and troubleshoot the Service.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. If you do not accept cookies, some portions of the Service or third-party tools may not function properly.
Sensitive Personal Data
Addsynth does not need Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, health information, financial account passwords, precise geolocation, biometric information, or other sensitive personal information to respond to ordinary quote requests. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the website or email unless we specifically request it for a lawful business purpose.
Online Tracking, Do Not Track, and GPC
Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals, and some browsers or extensions offer a Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal. The current Addsynth website does not sell Personal Data, share Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising, or knowingly allow third parties to collect Personal Data about your online activities over time and across different websites for targeted advertising on our behalf. Because of that, these signals do not change the current behavior of the website. If Addsynth later uses technology that sells or shares Personal Data in a way that legally requires opt-out controls, we will update this Privacy Policy and honor applicable opt-out signals as required by law.

California Notice at Collection
This section is provided as a notice at collection for California consumers to the extent California privacy laws apply. It is included for transparency and is not a statement that Addsynth meets the business thresholds for the California Consumer Privacy Act or California Privacy Rights Act. Addsynth may collect identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or electronic network activity, professional or business contact information, and inferences from communications with you. We collect these categories from you, your company, your browser or device, and service providers that help operate the Service.
We use these categories for the business and commercial purposes listed in the "Use of Data" section above. We disclose these categories to the service provider and business partner categories listed in the "Disclosure of Data" and "Service Providers" sections below. We do not sell Personal Data or share Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising. We keep these categories for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including quote, order, accounting, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes.
Transfer of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there.
Your submission of information represents your agreement to that transfer. Addsynth will take steps reasonably necessary to help ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Disclosure of Data
Business Purposes
We may disclose Personal Data to service providers and business partners who help us operate the Service. The current website uses a third-party form processor, Web3Forms, to route quote requests submitted through the contact form. We may also use website hosting providers, email providers, professional advisors, and shipping carriers when needed to operate the website, communicate with you, keep records, or deliver an order. Addsynth currently handles product coordination, customer support, and ordinary payment coordination internally, but may share limited information when needed to complete a transaction, comply with law, or protect our rights.
Legal Requirements
Addsynth may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of Addsynth, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, protect the personal safety of users or the public, or protect against legal liability.
Addsynth does not sell Personal Data or share Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties may have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are expected not to disclose or use it for other purposes.
Addsynth does not currently use Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Firebase, or similar advertising or analytics services on this website.
Analytics
Addsynth does not intentionally use Google Analytics, Firebase, or advertising analytics on the current website. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe those tools and any available choices.
Links to Other Sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. Addsynth products may also include QR codes that point to a URL selected by the customer. If you click a third-party link or scan a QR code, you may be directed to a third-party site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children's Privacy
Our Service is intended for business customers and adults and does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without appropriate consent, we take steps to remove that information.
Account and Data Deletion
Addsynth does not currently offer public user accounts. You may request that we delete or correct Personal Data you have provided to us by contacting us below. We may retain certain information as needed to complete transactions, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our rights.
Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection related to your Personal Data. You may also ask us not to send marketing communications. To make a request, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
To the extent California privacy laws apply, California consumers may have the right to know what Personal Data we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share; request correction of inaccurate Personal Data; request deletion of Personal Data; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive Personal Data; and be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights. Addsynth does not sell Personal Data, share Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use sensitive Personal Data for purposes that would require a right to limit under current California privacy law.
You may submit privacy requests by emailing zachary.hames@addsynth.com or by using the contact form and stating that your message is a privacy request. If you use an authorized agent, we may request information needed to verify the agent's authority and your identity.
